A local Chicago TV station had a lovely run-in with one of the city’s prized citizens. A lady walks up — and into their shot — politely asks for directions, then impolitely starts hocking up phlegm and letting it fly. It would be gross if it wasn’t so funny.

We’re nicknaming this lady Hakka Loogie, since we have no idea what her real name is. Introducing: the Crazy Spitting Lady.

Oh boy — someone grab the Bactine — extra large size! This dude’s finger looks as if it’s trying to tell us something. I think I figured it out. It’s saying, “DUDE DON’T EVER GO NEAR ANOTHER SPIDER AGAIN, YOU DOOFUS!” Or something like that. Tell me that doesn’t look like a mouth. And tell you weren’t eating when you looked at this. Jimi Hendrix Gettin His Hair Did, Reading Mad Magazine

Remember when Mad magazine was a vital part of pop culture in America? Cracked has a made a nice comeback with their online product, but Mad seems to have gone the way of the buffalo. They do have a show for kids on Cartoon Network, but it’s no longer the commentator on society and pop culture that it used to be.

This pic represents a truly happenin’ time. The most-happenin’ musician reading Mad Magazine and getting his hair done (or hur did, if you prefer) by a beautiful looking stylist that probably moonlighted as a Go-Go dancer.
